SpaceXAI launched Team Bots—shared Grok Bots built around a role or workflow, then shared so the whole team works from the same expertise (SpaceXAI). The company says they are available today in public beta on Teams and Enterprise plans.

This is a shared workplace teammate surface: one Bot with team-wide skills, private one-to-one chats, and a Slack handle—not a consumer personal agent, not a phone receptionist, and not a BI-agent console.

Context, plugins, credentials, memories

Every Team Bot, as SpaceXAI frames it, brings four surfaces together:

  • Context — files, instructions, and skills (brand guides through internal docs)
  • Plugins — apps such as Salesforce, Notion, and GitHub (per person or team-configured)
  • Credentials — secure access to third-party APIs that lack a plugin
  • Memories — retain what the Bot learns and improve at the role over time

The Bot is shared; each person’s conversations remain private. SpaceXAI says the Bot keeps separate context and memories per user while drawing on skills shared across the team.

In Slack, each Team Bot has its own handle—invite it to a channel so everyone can ask questions, contribute context, and see responses (SpaceXAI).

Four role examples (vendor narrative)

SpaceXAI walks through how it uses Team Bots internally:

  1. Sales / Customer Success — account bots shared by AE, CSM, SA, and sales lead; overnight review of news, Gong, Notion, and Slack; morning channel briefings with role-tailored drafts
  2. Product and Engineering — Notion, Linear, Hex, Datadog, and Cursor; launches Cloud Agents; PR-review skills; Slack progress reports
  3. Marketing — brand guidelines and copy; Slack draft review; website and SEO preview-to-sign-off flow
  4. Data Analytics — shared read-only credentials to approved Databricks tables, plus Datadog / Hex / Statsig for investigation

Treat these as vendor worked examples, not independent newsroom case studies.

Customer and internal color (attributed)

Harper CEO Dakotah Rice is quoted saying the company built a Team Bot in 24 hours for lapsed-policy recovery, “saving our customers over $120,000 from hundreds of policies.” Amplitude Head of Marketing Angela Ferrante says the company is “building toward Team Bots for every marketing function.” SpaceXAI also describes an internal five-person engineering setup that “ship[ped] more than 100 PRs a day” while building Team Bots, and a data skills library covering “more than 45,000 tables” handed to Data Bot. All of that is SpaceXAI-attributed vendor color—not independently verified here (SpaceXAI).

Pricing (as stated—no invented SKUs)

The announce points Teams and Enterprise public beta and does not publish a separate Team Bots dollar SKU or per-seat add-on rate. This write-up invents none (SpaceXAI).

Who should care

Teams already on SpaceXAI Teams or Enterprise who want a shared Grok teammate with plugins, credentials, and Slack—without mixing private chats—should start at the Team Bots announce. Lead with the four pillars and the privacy split; keep plan pricing on the vendor’s pricing page.
